@Johnyster The girl in red is Molly, the drummer from Bratmobile. She also dances in the 'One Out of Four' video for an old Sub-pop band called Seaweed, except in that vid her hair is it's natural brown. Check it out!

The dancer at that Nirvana show was actually Nikki McClur who was also involved in riot grrrl. Back in the day there were a lot of folks in Olympia & Seattle who would hop on stage & do these cool free-form gogo dances like here. Always fun to watch them!

SO. Not from personal experience,but damn it felt good to know they're still playing!

Bikini Kill are still playing?! That would be the shit. I was about 14 back when most of their stuff was out, but I did trick my old band into playing several of their songs, We're all dudes though. I did a evil scream type voice over songs like Carnival, suck my left one, and this is not a test. Those were some of my favorite rehearsal sessions with those douchbags. I called that old project 'CESSPOOL 1:58' , it was mainly a way to do tribute songs by my older cousin, GG Allin back in 1998'.

I think the state of affairs in the world is worse today than it was in Bikini Kill's reign. It seems to me that more punk rock of this calibre should be all around to counter all the crap in our world, but sadly, there is less....as Carrie Brownstein once queried "where's the f... you?
