The best thing is to call the emergency who are professionals. And those people looking at the car did very well as to remember the car number and then report to the police. To me it is very logical what I saw in the video. Very cool actions and effective.

@victor228103 Like six people saw that and the body flailed and hit the woman with the red bag. What did the woman do? She calmly walked away. Somebody should've come down with the injured woman, seen if she was conscious, alive, breathing properly, etc. If she was bleeding, they should've stopped the bleeding. That was a death situation; they needed to worry about her life before her state of parylzation. People should have helped her.
