use alkaline water with a high ph (close to or around 6.0-7.0) mixed with vinegar it works the best and its the cheapest , never use copper (highly corrosive) ... try designing a bubbler system before hooking up to your vehicle to protect the engine ! best of luck to you and all hho tinkerers out there ! lol
You need to use stainless steel. The copper corrodes very quickly. Even Galvanized steel is no good. I managed to get some stainless steel filler rods for welding they worked great. Of course mine is still sitting on my refrigerator.
Yeah, working with steel wiring and nuts and washers is the best way to avoid unwanted reactions within your system. Also you need to make sure you got the right amounts of pure baking soda and distilled water to optimize HHO production. Let us know how everything goes ok? :).
Are you sure you are doing it the right way? I mean, your jar contents look so dirty, and it doesn't seem like the production of HHO has taken off at a usable rate. Ok, I haven't built my own system yet, but I own water4gas literature and I have read a lot on websites... Perhaps I'm not the right person to tell you this, but I would not attempt running my car on HHO that scant.
This cell hasn't been running due to the excessive copper I use to connect the cells. I'm working on a dual jar generator using SS condiment cups with all stainless guts. We'll see what happens.
What is the displacement on that engine? Appears to be a 4-cyl. If so that would be an excellent platform for HHO interaction w/Gas.
Remember the thing is the o2 sensor translates information to the ECU which in turn regulates the pulses to the injectors. So if you feel up for it, put relays on your injectors possibly cut pulses if you know you have enough HHO on hand.
I've unplugged 1 out of 4 injectors for trial testing, engine still runs.
Hi Man your on your way keep up the good work you might wanna change your cell config so your not cooking it try making a +NNNNN- Cell for 14v you car must be running to get you your 14v Good luck man time for you to catch up with the rest of us if you wanna go bigger then that all you need to do is make it +NNNNN-NNNNN+NNNNN-NNNNN+ And so on! always cover everthing up apart from between the plates is the key All the Best :-)
1:13 why can't we run an engine on this? yeah, why can't we---what is the answer to that question?
