I think the one is valid...
WHen he's downstacking the last cup on the second 3, he GRABS the cup on top of the last 3 but DOESN'T downstack it.
Then when he downstacks the last three, the cup on the second three is already at the bottom. He's just holding it. xD
I think my explanation made sense....

they are like solars/blues, they upstack well and dont fumble much(like solars), and are faster at downstacking than solars(like blues) xD
