I romanced Leliana once (but then I took an arrow to the knee HA!) but at the same time was romancing Morrigan I accidentally clicked on Leliana when I was hunting for Jarvia and she demanded that I choose I didn't know what to do but it was kinda cool ;)

Talk to her when you get to Orzammar.If she doesn't mention Nugs go back to camp and rifle through a bunch of her dialogue options.She won't talk about Nugs in Orzammar if she has a massive backload of dialogue.

Once she mentions Nugs go to Dust Town and talk to the dude down the road on the left right after you enter.
