Alright, you either wanna take the Swarmling, and the Splitterling to get mass lings, and then mass banelings, which get even more when dying (but weaker)

Or you take the Raptor, and the Gorgeling, so you can have early-game good units, and banelings which can fuck down a whole base, and give you back some minerals, so if you build 100 banelings, you'll be able to recover a quarter of them at no cost (25) and raptors have charge(leap) and 10+ hp (combat shield) and they survive 2 tank shots :)
