Yep, I stole it. I didn't have any good close up video that would come close to matching the opening of Magnum PI. So I had to settle for this one. I had no idea where it came from until now. Although I do think I got it from a guy in the 82nd. If you have been to Iraq you know how video's get passed around. The 82nd ran the finance office on camp Ramadi. They were a good bunch of guys. Were you with A co. 3/504?

well i'm a marine. but i was part of section that was in general support of the 2 BCT HQ element. specifically, i worked with A Co, 102nd MI. that base did suck. but we made our site pretty sweet with a two story gazeebo and even built a BBQ pit. and there was an army 1stLt with one of those reputations...know what i mean....that i think had a hook up at the chow hall and got us all kinds of stuff.

We were part of the 2/28th BCT. I think I know where that gazebo is. We lived in the post office compound on the cow hall road with the CLB8 and 5th & 6th CAG so most of the people we hung out with were Marines. If you look at the end of Lazy Ramadi the last picture is of Dobbs and I with two of our Marine buddies. Thanks for writing and take it easy Devil Dog.
