Weird thing is that I've seen very mixed results right around the country with both Vodafone & XT. After all - this time last year it would have been Vodafone FTW almost every time!
In that area it could've been that there were more Voda customers than XT which would aggregate performance.

I switched my iPhone 4 from Vodafone to Telecom XT because of the Vodafone network poor performance. The XT network is as claimed. It's very fast, wherever you are. In many cases, it is faster than my home broadband.
I live 1000 meters away from a Telecom cell tower in line of sight I only get 1 bar reception, Vodafone gets full! If they did that test where I live it would be a fail for them. They only choose this spot cos they knew they would be faster, this is not a fair experiment for what there network can do compared with Vodafone

Meh they both suck. The real sad thing is 2 degrees offers real cheap cell use, but it's not popular because no one has friends on it. Consumer fail.
