@dontmakemeMAD1990 Its a Sniper rifle.... it utilised the AK fireing system so its realiable as any AK all the benefits of kalashinkov. Its extremely accurate semi-automatic sniper. I used to hits targets with this at 1200m.
@zchris87v is the mauser round the sS ball bullet? are there any cosmetic differences in any of these bullets, 7.92x57, 7.62x39, and the mauser round, if u got anyy pics id much apreciate them
@SuperVeshi 7.92x57 and Mauser are the same, I have attached a picture, on the left is 7.92x57mm (aka 8mm Mauser), 7.62x39mm (aka 7.62 Soviet), and a .22 LR, with a US quarter for comparison. Where it says "dot" type a period.
@zchris87v 7.62x39mm Soviet round is deadly. its the round AK assault rifle uses and its way more better then 5.56mm nato round. its deadlier and hard-hitting. This sniper uses x57mm Mauser as its meant to shoot at larger distances like any sniper.
I think the biggest problem with the Serbian/Yugoslovian rifles is that they don't chrome the barrels. I have a Yugo SKS and the bore and the chamber was very pitted from corrosive ammo so the rifle became paper weight. The dumb soldier who it was issued to didn't clean the rifle.
@esh325 Not true a limited series of them do not have chormed barrels. Weapons produced from 73-75 later versions do have chromed barrels. On the other hand lack of crome barrel aid accuracy.

You do know it's only a FIREARM & not a Serbian CHICK with big knockers.....shoot the dam thing & lets see how it groups, I'm falling asleep by the music!
So, how does this AK knockoff group with the flinching?
most of iraqs aks are romanian (smuggled into iraq by Centuray internatinal and cugir) aks. the second most is russian ones. the third most are zastavas. but honestly i think that romanian aks look the best and acctull look like an ak. i dont like yugos because of their looks. i also dont like the bolt hold function on the mags because 1 it serves no purpose 2 if u hit the gun it goes closed 3. 40% of the time it doesnt hold open.
Now situation will change, because serbia and iraq had a deal of buying serbian weapons from zastava in value of 4,000,000$, and now zastava had new weapons which are better and modern.
i have never seen an m-76 in anything other then 8mm mauser. By they way 7.62x54r it the name of the cartridge r standing for russian. you dont need to add dragunov because there are many guns that fire that round. thats like me saying .40S&W H&K usp ammo.
