  • Audacity to record with , Record the Video with Quicktime Broadcaster , get it from Apple Website , or Quicktime Pro ( 20 bucks or so )

    But set Audacity at 16 bit 48 khz ( Not 44.1 ) 48 khz will help when lining up the audio with the video in WMM ,

    Remove the Audi from WMM and replace it with the Audacity recording .
