Obviously nobody here has heard of the RJ-X 4287 experimental hypersonic jet engine. There is no "alien" tech. I've seen videos like this before. It's a multistage rocket. It looks to be just after sunset (or before sunrise) on the ground. The rocket and its exhaust is up where the sun can still illuminate it. It give a really wierd effect but nothing realy ET about it.
