  • Damn he has a little ass waist

  • Wow, that's courage.

  • That young man has more courage in his little finger than all those football shirted, trainer wearing 'men' put together. The point of the dress was to show these knuckle draggers that we all have the right to be what we want, gay, straight or bi without fear or threat from those whose instincts are herd-like.

  • i don't get it.. what does getting dolled up in a awful dress .in broad daylight have to do with being gay... this was a very strange little documentary

  • I wish I was that brave when I was 15.

  • Actually, and excuse me for being aspirational, but I hope for a society where people can dress how they want without hostility, endless negative commentary/vilification , or violence. He is harming nobody, and they have no need to impose their views on him- however, their homophobia causes depression, self abuse in suicide in gay youth, which is six times higher than the heterosexual average. This is outright homophobia which this vulnerable teen is being exposed to, no different to racism.

  • He aspires to be Daffyd; the only gay in the village, from Little Britain.

  • @Araben13 If people didn't ridicule and make fun of him all his life for being gay, then he wouldn't feel the need to rebel and where these completely ridiculous clothes during his angsty teenage years. You also bring up a very good point; we should not judge people based on what they wear, that is wrong and uncalled for.

  • You bunch of closed minded fools. Get with the programme, it's 2011 not the stone age. It takes all sorts to make a world and there's even a lil place in it for idiots like you. I think if straight guys get hung up on stuff like this it's because they get confused about what they are seeing and question there own sexuality. Hence why they lash out. :) Hun, you look gorgeous by the way x

  • what a genius. says he has balls to to be a carnival queen because the straight guys would not do it. no kidding einstein straight guys would never do it for ANY reason.

  • so what do u want? call him a woman and he gets ofended call min a man and he dosnt like that ether . ha ha .if he was a woman i would smash that hahahahahahaha!

  • @Araben13 ,

You miss the point entirely! The kid had the balls to put his head above the parapet and show those knuckle-draggers that he is as valuable a resident of that narrow-minded community as any of them,MORE SO! And,HOW is what he was wearing an issue, when you say that 'even if you are a woman walking around in those clothes'? It was a perfectly acceptable dress. It's not like he was walking around in just a sparkly jock-strap! Or would you prefer women walk around head to foot in black?

  • This makes me so damn angry on many levelsThe 'foster' parents who threw him out disgust me! I sincerely hope they were removed as foster parents! The knuckle-dragger who confronted him at the start of the video, the kid who hasn't the 1st clue about sexuality & it's diversity! But,more importantly,I wholly admire & respect this adorable young man who stood his ground & showed that awful small town that he IS a valuable member of their community! I wish him nothing but happiness!

  • MUST BE AN EDL MAN!

    HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA

  • HAHHAHAHHAA!!!!!!!

  • @Araben13 k but it still does not justifie it

  • be proud kid ............ its gets easier - im now in my 40s and want to move to the country! enjoy life :)

  • whats happen young guy :) dont stress !!! :/ .... POUARF capuluazo :)

  • thats not gayness, its sick ... just look at it. nobody behaves like that, not even normal girls ... i think

  • @danieladamko Oh go and take your sick comments somewhere else.

  • Axbridge doesn't look like a English town at all! You can't find so many colors in the whole of Yorkshire

  • Este tiene mas cojones que la mayoria de heteros

  • this shows many gay people aren't cowards , you'd have to have huge motha f-in balls to do this.

  • hands down, ;bravest lad i ever did ever see... an I know some rough peeps man! trust

. what this lad did here took some serious kahunas. respect.

  • fair play man.. I mean, each their own an all that; What bugs me is when half wits keep on commenting about the clothes the guys wearing ...or how he talks ?! wtf

LMAO ffs seriously, anyone who is offended by the way someone else talks or dresses has to take a _L _ O_N_G _and _s_l_o_w_ look at themselves. TWICE.

  • I think there would be more problems for him in London... london is full of conservate knife-happy immigrants. japan would be better for him, lots of effeminate men there

  • @diagomara realy? I never saw an effeminate japanese. They are a very patriarchal society with an extremely bloody history that ended just a few decades ago. The only reason why I don't like them by the way

  • Oh, and 10/10 for scarf-wearing technique. The double-and-through method shields the maximum amount of neck from winter's icy claws

  • This guy is brave as all hell to do this. How many amongst us would air their less than popular views/beliefs/sexuality in view of such opposition? I think I'd back down! I really respect shows of determination and individual strength like this. Bravo!

  • For all those posting hate comments, I feel sorry for you more than anything. The fact homophobia is so rampant in society genuinely confuses me. Are gay people directly harming you? Death threats because a male feels sexual attraction towards another male? How strange and sad.

  • well done David! You're an inspiration to us all. Maybe some of the people posting nasty comments should do something as brave as you did! XxX

  • What a load of tossers leaving bigotted comments!! Good on him for standing up and being counted

  • omg wtf when he started doin his make up i threw up and almost killed myself

  • Comment removed

  • This guy is dressed like a street walker, what does that have to do with being gay?

  • excellent piece

    brave lad

    well

    done

  • LOL!!!

He shops at Toys 'R' Us for clothes!

Lily Savage is his role model?

  • Actually, I take it back, Lily Savage is a lot better dressed.

    I meant Jodie Marsh... classy.

Seriously, what happened him's terrible, being thrown out cos he's gay.

But what I don't understand is why he felt the need to parade his sexuality to the world? Not saying he should hide it or pretend to be someone else but there's no need to announce it either. Do people really care if someone's gay?

  • People care a lot if you are gay. I never announce it or hide it. My sexual orientation is my business. But people try to snoop into your life and if they detect the smallest indication that you are not straight, you will get comments, if you are lucky. Harassment if you are not. And there is thing of women acting threatened. And one is like: "Who said I am into you?" But that said life as a gay person is not easy. Downright painful at times. Straight ppl make life hell.

  • I'd probably stare too. That shirt and jeans combo is terrible, and the purse doesn't match the blazer. I know that, even with my orientation.

  • LOL!!

He's gay doesn't mean he has good taste. A lot of gay men have awful taste, it's just a myth that gay men dress well, Many of them don't.

Is he transgender or is he gay?

  • I don't think even he knows that. At least he's not denying who he his and trying to figure it out, I think both he and the people around him will see him as a greater man because of it.

  • Even he has the Classic British dark and twisted teeth, is that a national symbol in the UK?

  • Yes. We all have them. Man Woman and child. It's because we rut with wild beasts and don't shave our backs regularly enough.

  • Jesus. I think most people are quite tolerant of gay people nowadays but walking round dressed like that is asking for trouble. It's like little Britain's 'The Only Gay in the Village'.

  • @28adrianpeterson That's all right. A bunch of people hate you too

  • The old woman at 9.09 is priceless lol

  • @SteelSpur THE BLONDE WOMAN IN THE HOUSE IS A EX OF A GOOD MATE AND SHES A COMPLETE BASKET CASE,JUST TO SAY 4 KIDS AND HAD ALL OF THEM TAKEN AWAY----ENOUGH SAID I THINK!!!!!!!!!!

  • @SteelSpur THE BLONDE WOMAN IN THE HOUSE IS A EX OF A GOOD MATE AND SHES A COMPLETE BASKET CASE,JUST TO SAY 4 KIDS AND HAD ALL OF THEM TAKEN AWAY----ENOUGH SAID I THINK!!!!!!!!!!

  • Brave dude for sure

All who are homophobic its just because they are gay themselves or they wouldnt care lol

  • is he gay or does eh just 'ave syphilus

  • I thought this was an episode of little britain!

    Brave.

  • lolllll

  • why is it that when a guy dresses up in women's clothing that they dress like "sluts"

  • Damn hes brave!!!

  • Sorry to say, but he looks better than most British Women do!

  • Well yes its a shame, but he does seem to encourage attention.

He is defo sending out the signals that attract mainstream media interest. The voyeuristic world of "reality TV", (no pun intended), awaits!

Clever stuff for a 15 year old, but vanity seems to be the main driving force as usual! Or should i say, the desire for dubious, compensatory idolatry status?

One day his youthful, go for it hormones will level out, but he'll probably ignore. He will have to continue the persona for money!

  • he remember me of David in little Britain, he is a charming fellow with twisted brain

  • He didn't look half bad dressed up for the parade. I think he would've looked better with some lipstick though.

If I were gay I wouldn't want people to view this person as representative of how all gay people are.

To me, it seemed he was all me, me. me,etc.. Look at me!

He represented himself more than he did other gay people.

However, I'm glad he was free to express himself and people didn't throw stuff at him. He should be able to live life how he wants.

  • Because there are very few Christians in Japan, Japanese society is more generous to gay people than UK's.

  • So true. There are many gay and trannies in the Japanese entertainment business that straight people admire.

  • my god, he's the only gay in the village!

  • she looked fierce

  • 10:16 -_-

  • he is like "i` m the only gay in the village ."

  • @hogsterlips Keeping this fucked up species going is more freakish than that. Besides gays can have offsprings nowadays and many have you know it's not the 16th century anymore

  • sick,sick,sick......

  • Oh, for heaven sakes! I'm a 39 yo gay male, & this twat just makes the gay sterotypes more embedded. I don't act like that! I'm not attracted to men that act like that......Ugh! Purses & eyeliner? What is this a neo-glitter-rock 'thang' Blech!!!

  • In the end, the good did override the bad. awesum

  • you'd think that living in the arse end of nowhere would give people time to think about life and expand their horizons rather than living tiny narrow lives.

  • Brave boy... Stand your ground!

  • that takes balls

  • unfortunatley he has lost his.

  • LMAO oh no, thats proper medieval

"i know lets get a gay in a wagon and porade him through town... right before the lynching begins"

  • i have no problem with gay people - its a sexuality at the end of the day and there are bigger and broader problems to worry about in this world than who is shagging who and how - get over it and move on

only thing i will say is - he doesnt need to be flaunting it infront of everybody like this, straight men dont walk around wanking everywhere

if he is gonna wave it in peoples faces he should expect prejudice because the ignorant masses can't see passed there noses

  • This kid got thrown from home for being who he is! Could you imagine that?

Most people would shut themselves from the world in fear after such a truma. But this guy has chosen to be proud of who he is in front of everybody! For this he deserves our respect and admiration.

  • true that, fair comment

  • you're the one who's side-tracked. if he was in London or even NYC people wouldn't be as hostile. Although there are morons like you in every city, unfortunately. really, what do you care that he's a fag, afraid he's going to fuck you in the ass when you're not looking?

  • I think you might've hit it bang on there. Pardon the pun:)

  • brave kid

  • in such a small town as this, he would get stared at even if he was a FEMALE dressing as slutty as that.

  • who cares if someones gay or not? im straight as a man can be but never ever bothered. its a matter of selfesteem of lil pricks staring and judgin other ppl if gay black yellow or purple!

  • Maybe people stare because there's nothing more awful than trousers halfway down someone's hips exposing underwear..be it man/woman, it's a gross "fashion" statement!

  • Lifes too short to be worried about peoples prejudices, we are all only here once and we need to make the best of every day of life. Good on him for doing what he wants.

  • brave boy/girl!!! respectaaa..

  • annoying faggot

  • I support gays and all but dude, dress like a man or go all out and become a transvestite and dress fully like a woman.

  • I agree...strutting through the town centre with his shirt open to the navel, looking like a woman is bound to make people stare!

  • Who cares about people staring? Only people with low self esteems do. He does not look like a woman either. He looks like a guy strutting with bad fashion taste. And he is obviously not just gay but more - should be a cross dresser - MY POINT is get some better fashion sense!

  • Maybe if this guy stopped acting like such a fagot then his life would be a bit easier

  • Wish people would live and let live.

  • Shane McGowan will teach him how to be a rent boy.

  • GOD said do not judge, gay or straight I'll love him as a human being that's what GOD want me to do. He's cute, I hope it's OK to say that much. He looks better than most people I seen on this video Hahahaha! They need to ask him what is his sercret. In that purple dredd he can fool a lot of people WOW did you see that? The people that pass him by thought he was a girl, they didnt look back. Im proud of him, good job. LOVE and PEACE @

  • Awesome! Good on him for not letting bigots bring him down!! I hope life brings him all the happiness he deserves. Peace.

  • i dont care if people wanna be gay but this guys just a prick

  • he's really brave.

  • I love him. Very brave, very impacting person. He is a reality check for his small little town and makes those people stop judging for a second and THINK.

  • Think of what? he's a gay guy not a poitical statement.

  • Of people like you? Yes.

  • him the only gay in the village...haha that was a big step in a small village like that...respect.....

  • I was born and raised in NYC and even I thought, "oh dear" the first minute of this tube. Not to be critical, but seeing him walk with that purse was definitely an eye popper lolol

  • He had alot of guts doing that in that crazy place,GOOD for him!

I am so happy that nobody fucked with him at the carnival thing.

    Peace

  • this guy is a male bitch, i get that he is gay but why must he push it on people.. he just wants attention... that and a ccok

  • Shut the fuck up!.

  • good on him.

Now, what's with all the faggy comments against him and his way of life?

People who react agaist this are the fags, as this guy has balls of steel.

  • He is right. This guy has balls of steel.

  • he does not use them properly

  • Well, he does look better than 99% of British women. It would be an honor to have him as my cellmate:)

  • You apparently haven't met many British men then. They are usually more manly than the average American metro. They drink and fight and go all out like any assholes anywhere. As if that is what should define someone as a man?

Someone from San Francisco such as yourself should be more open minded.

Also learn to spell douche bag. a ferry is something you ride on a river.

  • @zOMGLaserGunzPewPew

I can argue this all night, not really something I care enough about to prove. I said my part, people can disagree if they want.

  • No they are not lolz!, they curl up their mouth when they are speaking and stretch words like there is 6 syllables.

  • What no paintball snipers.

    no lulz :(

  • " I just don't want people to think I'm a woman now."

You wore a dress, participated in a queen's contest and you don't want to be thought of as a woman? Hmmm... there's something very contradictory there.

  • he is NOT a woman. It takes more than clothes and a pagent to be a woman..just as a tool belt or a suit dont make a man.

  • Yes I know he is NOT a woman. But don't wear dresses and attend pageants for a 'QUEEN' if you don't want to be ridiculed as a woman.

  • Whoever said dresses were for women only? Why should they be? Think before speaking, please.

  • lol scots wore/wear kilts and if i could get away with it well... nothings as comfortable as that bath towel wrapped around you

  • Then stop hating on other people.

  • ....what.....

  • It doesn't sound so free. Why would god make you do so much for him? Why would God put the possibility of sin, or original sin, in this world if he loves us that much? It doesn't sound like he loves us that much if he is willing to set you up to be put in eternal damnation. I thought he believes in second chances?

  • He VOLUNTARILY puts on makeup, adds hair extensions, a tiara, high heels, and an evening dress, and then has the NERVE to say "I hope don't think I'm a woman now" ?!?!?! WTF?!?!?!

I don't give a rats ass if someone is gay or not, but it seems obvious to me that this guy is desperately seeking attention. Not terribly surprising given that he grew up in foster care.

But I have no sympathy for people that flaunt themselves and then whinge when they get others to react...

  • Maybe you should stop reacting, that would be a step.

  • I never said that I reacted to people that do that! But yes, I understood your point. However, I don't think it would work in his case, since I think he would/will keep on doing things to attract attention. The only point I really wanted to make was the one about not wanting to be mistaken for a woman after dressing like one. That statement just shows how messed up his head is. :-/

  • Just live and let live....if he wants to live like that, that is his choice....dont judge if you dont want to be judged

  • If he came from an american smalltown he'd either be hung, or end up like ChrisCrocker.

  • I actually had an adrenaline rush watching this video, good for him doing that, hes got guts to say and do what he wants :)

  • English teeth

  • Why feel sympathy for him when he's practically asking to be ridiculed? Fine, be gay, but why advertise it?

  • if he was a gay he'd express his interest in men more than his interest in being like a woman... so as one of the previous comments said 'he's more a transgender than gay'. the makeup and lipstick in the morning.... he's got some issues with his sexual identification that he needs to address himself and maybe with a help of professionals and then go on talking how pride he is (when it's truly true...)

  • hahahaha

  • Well! Very interesting... He looks a lot older than 15 though. It was like something from the BBC :)

  • Thumbs up!

  • it's a limey chris crocker! hahaha

  • Fucking horrible, if you want to look like a woman become a woman.

  • You obviously didn't watch it all. Dick head.

  • Ummm... Yeah i did watch it all... Where he wears a dress...

  • If he is the way he is why should all of you care ?

  • lol good for him

  • Comment removed

  • I dont think he is gay, i think he is transgender more than gay. Looks like he wants to be a girl.

  • You don't have "straight pride" because its perfectly fine all over the world to be straight. You don't need anything like that. Its NOT okay, and its NOT accepted in most places to be gay, or for men to dress as women. I am lucky to live in Canada where I do, because its extremely accepting and tolerant here, but let me tell you, gay pride isn't just to be attention whores, its one of the few ways we get to feel completely normal and accepted and surrounded by others who understand us.

  • But past that all....

We also love to party and be happy and just enjoy ourselves ^^

  • Just like you don't get white, or asian pride, because we know we own the world.

  • gay people getting to much got damn light man dammit every tv show has to have a gay in it you soon hear them protesting to use the womans rest woman next gay is nothing new and i dont think they should have more rights or specialties for there choice to be homosexual "police assistance" bullshit you pay taxes to protect a gay boy

  • Why do you even care about how he's dressed? In what shape or form does that concern YOU? that's my problem here, I see a lot of people dressing in ways of which I dont endorse but I dont condone them. You're entitled to you opinion just like I'm entitled to mine. You have the right to not like gays, just keep it to yourself thats it.

  • Comment removed

  • Dont try to prove to them that you are right, those kind of people only accept one kind of opinion that is PRO them, anything against homosexuallity (even if it is expressed in a cultural way) and you will be brand a homophobe, nazi, etc..

Id honestly expect them to be more open to negative comments and try and understand why people dont like them, they scream in every corner how liberal they are, but in real world, they are close minded and only like pople who "kiss their homosexual asses"
