They check for the presence of HLA-B27 antigen in your blood to see if you can have it. Most all people that have it, have that antigen in their blood. It's also very sneaky and hard to diagnose until it becomes obvious. I am giving you heads up my brother, so you can check that HLA-B27 thing while you are doing blood work.

@r7o2d6 Depends where you live, I live in sweden and it's a minor problem, however I've seen people with broken bones wait for treatment. Anyways we just got a Nazi party in our government so Sweden ain't so great on all fronts.

I still find it shocking to hear that people in this world dont have medical cover for free. My flat mate was nodding all the way through this video as she had a accident with her back and has degenertive spine too :(
