The last recorded words - heard by ANYONE in WTC Tower 2 - were by Batallion 7 chief Orio Palmer on the 78th floor. He and fire marshal Ronald Bucca were the first and only firemen to reach that floor before the tower collapsed. Among so many others on that horrific day, let us never forget those true heroes!
