heston is a brilliant chef, his in search of perfection series was great and gave me some real foundations to help my cooking. But some of the creations he did for this fantasy series of dinners beggars belief., i guess youd have to be there to fully understand it, as that's hestons shtick.

But i do wonder what some of his guests would have really said about the flavours had there not been a room full of their peers and camera's on them.
