There is really no training for basketball. Maybe for vertical or strength . Sure if you do the foot work drills, side to side , hand eye, it will stimulate these. Things that you just need is merely playing the game itself, shooting around for hours or just on the free throw line.. That's gonna be it. You might not notice difference but it's the deal for it if you're dedicated and wants to get paid. But me I just play as hobby
nice height with the superman move at 2:20, although try to look down and fully extend ur hands....works ur back better, but still impressive nonetheless
that skinny guy is probably pretty big now, but if not, all he need to do is learn how to do push ups properly and drink protein shakes or just eat a lot more

Der Schlüssel zum Erfolg ist in jeder Sportart die Athletik. Jeder der sich das Euroleague Finale letztens angesehen hat wird mir zustimmen müssen das der Unterschied zwischen einem NBA Center und einem europäischen Top Center gravierend ist. Ich weiß nich warum aber obwohl die alle 205 - 215 sind scheinen sie für einen Dunking nicht genügend Power zu haben.
