@Jerichowins Sorry if youve already given your speech. It sounds like it could be, or was, an interesting speech. best advice i could give is to think outside the box, make it fresh, give the people something they havnt heard before, but make it applicable. And you can use your accent to your advantage, you just have to be creative with it. And you gotta have some confidence. Speak the speech to your self so that your familiar with it. Good Luck!

In my opinion the topic and energy was great but the speech itself was kinda sloppy. The use of sources was not cited well and not very informative at all. It seems like you just picked up a picture and a toy and thought of your speech on the way to class. While entertaining, it failed at its execution.

I have been looking at a lot of speeches on YouTube and yours are by far the best informative and persuasive speeches, because you are not a robot when reciting your speeches, your real when speaking. Last question, I am doing a informative speech on "Ads are evil" I am going to do it in a joking manner, do u think its a good topic?

@3mily64 Sounds good to me as long as you act the part. Like you said, you cant just read off your lines from a note card for it to be a really good speech. It's kindof like acting in a way.

@3mily64 Well they kind of expected it but they didnt really know me. We had to do an introduction speech the first week of class and I illustrated who i was with my "Magical bag of Magic" which was a gym bag that had everything one could wish for in it. They didnt film that one though.
