Hey hammy! I had the same situation when I was in school (I come from Poland). You should definetly talk to Your parents about that or to someone mature in Your school office. This case needs to be solved!! it's not fair and it's not good, that teacher treats people who are doing wrong the same as people who does anything wrong. The whole world is unfair and we are the only ones, who can change it for good!
