psp is better hands down, compared to psp ipod touch isn't even a gaming system. you can use the internet but it's very limited you can't even use flash

yes u can play mugen u need firm 1.50 or kernel 150 and need use infinitycat and convert the character and that's all ^^ u can play MUGEN online :D

you just download the theme from the psp website for free.

You downgrade only if your getting custom firmware like 3.30 OE-A but if its a theme for custom firmware you just download it. But on the other hand if its official firmware you don't need to downgrade because it's just a theme.

I think U can do it on 1.50, but since it does not have recovery mode, U should not do it (u have to do something with the ikons first, network icon is not in 1.50) But it would be best if u upgrade to a Oe FW. (if 3.10 Oe or higher, u have to convert the icons)
