Counterclockwise, right foot should not touch the floor. You basically just swing. I suggest learning munch mills first.

hey, I got 2 tapping mills even though I dont have munch mills, I just have forearm mills and stabb mills. I think the main proplem is that people dont understand the turning of your torse/hands and the "kick back" motion of your tapping leg. It's like a snap, or a kick to someones face. Thanks for the tutorial man. :D Working on mixing them in with my regular mills.

If not, learn barrels, it will help you learn the rest of the 17 types of mills. Windmills will screw you over.
