@ jerramy. actually, you're close, but not exactly right on. I'm here and I'm not butt ugly. I dated the homecoming queen if that means anything. Now, a little over 20 years later, I would definately say I have social incompetence, because of these new found "alternative ideas" I'm discovering via the internet. In other words, I'm socially incompetent because I don't want to associate with "uninformed" peeps. Thank God 2012 will do a number on ignorance!

@jerramy Maybe you should learn to judge people by their personalities, not their outer skin. I had a friend in college who, when I first met her, I thought, 'Oh this poor child'; she was perhaps the homeliest kid I'd ever seen in my life. Big protruding ears, fine, limp almost white-blonde hair, buck teeth, acne, a receding chin...; By the time I knew her 3 months, I would have slugged anyone who said that about her. Wonderful, sweet, smiling personality., a truly lovely person.
