The guy would be about the middle of the pack in a high school or NCAA meet. He looks very cute in his bathing suit and cap however I think duets and team swimmers should wear a full singlet style suit especially if the male swimmers are integrated in with female swimmers. Also the vertical leg needs some work but not bad for a male swimmer.
Just most men don't have the breath control that women swimmers have.
