  • Michael what do think of the Augsburg Accord which accepted the Protestant doctrine of Justification by faith alone?

  • @robhaidheuch The Accord doesn't say that - what it says it that faith is necessary for salvation, it does not say faith alone and does not deny Catholic doctrines.

  • I want to know why some of this isn't coming from our pulpits? What he says makes sense. Thank goodness the Latin mass has been liberated.

  • To me , it is Pope Benedict the Great, truely the pope of the Olive Branch. God Bless and keep him, TY God that your straightening out the Church and Pope Benedict open to be Your Pen.

  • As a catholic in Scotland I have not heard of any gay movements within the church I would find it worring if any person claiming to be catholic should accept Homosexuality as it is clear both in the bible and churchs law. St Paul in his letters to the Romans speaks of it as with the earlier reverance to it being an abomination.

  • Yeah Pope! I think each continent's values slip in Europe embraces gays and US is trying to but it is clear that to embrace gays is embracing evil demons which want to destroy their souls with the sin it invokes

USA materialism and power has infected US churches and narcissim is at it's height and seeks to steal our souls with greed

The women and women clergy need to look to Mary. Why can't women accept the role of women

Why can't men be men and those who choose celibacy be faithful

  • Amen. Amen. Let us help the Pope do the reform....restoration of true Catholicism....

  • God bless our Pope!

  • ADivision of the faith into Catholic? Make no mistake about it the apostles were Catholic ! There was no christian before it. Benedict XVI is Peter's Successor ! A line of secession that after 2000 + years HAS NEVER BEEN BROKEN. I challenge you to do your homework! Don't take someones option of what the 1st. century church believed, there are plenty of documents from 1st,2nd and 3rd century remain. Rest assured there is no arguing that early Church was & is the Catholic Church.

  • @PMulka "Catholic" is not found in the Bible. The disciples believed that Christ saved them from their sins. That's not Catholic doctrine. Their church was the fellowship of those who believed on Jesus.

    One finds Mary today.

  • @courag1 >> The disciples believed that Christ saved them from their sins. That's not Catholic doctrine

Yes it is; it's right there in the Catechism.

If you are going to lie, go away.

  • @courag1 :There are a lot of words not in the Bible. Is the word "Trinity" in the Bible? The Faith is not based on the Bible...the Bible is based on the Faith.Sola Scriptura is an heretical error.

  • Good video and i agree!! thank you for your posts. I very much dislike the silly idea that some Catholics think that the Holy Father is taking the Church "backwards". this couldn't be further from the truth. He simply is correcting the errors and stamping out the abuses of the last 40 years.

  • Pope Benedict is going backwards not forwards. A retreat to the 1940s, The Latin Mass, Gregorian Chant etc. is not the answer to Catholicisms Problems. What is needed in a new view of the church...one that is not Euro Centric but rather world wide in its orientation. What is needed is not a return to the Renaissance, but rather a return to Christianity prior to the division of the faith into Catholic, Orthodox, Coptic, or Protestant. We need to eliminate differences rather than accentuate them.

  • @cloudsurfer007 It is impossible to go back to a time before there were Catholics. You are right - we need to go back to a previous time; which means all non-Catholics need to give up their prideful rejection of Christ and come home to Rome.

As for the rest of your comments, they don't reflect what Benedict is actually doing - just what liberals SAY he is doing, so they are irrelevant and ignored.

  • @cloudsurfer007 Strangely enough before the division into Catholic, Coptic, Orthodox or Protestant Churches the Catholic Church was saying the Mass in Latin. It was introduced in the 5th century. I often hear about a return to the early Church but the question is could the reformers calling for this also follow the moral teachings of the early Church. These christians were totally faithful to Christ in his teachings on adultery, divorce, and faithfulness Today we makelJesus a liar.

  • @basingstokeborn C atholcism doesn't accept divorce nor adultery and I believe as a catholic I am celebrating mass in the way that Jesus himself laid out.

  • @cloudsurfer007 There is no elimination of differences the catholic church is in the right and all protestant faiths or eastern orthodox should retunr to the catholic church. Any changing of catholcism is a disintegration of the word of God and is sacrilege.

  • Good video keep un the good work

  • Let's pray for this great Pope , and let's hope he finally put's God's church in order !! GB

  • Yes, our Pope is on the roll and Michael, thanks for keeping us posted

  • This video gives me soooooooooo much hope! Thank u so much and God bless.

  • God bless you Michael. You are doing a terrific job.

  • Fantastic!!! Why don't regular folks, who are practcsing Catholics hear about this reform the Pope is instituting? Thank God you report this good news, Michael. American Catholics seemingly have no other way of finding out these things. Why is that? I wish more Catholics were tuned into your Vortex and media outreach. This news is not reaching regular Catholics, and it should be. ??

  • Praise be to God.

Finally there is going to be change.

    Bless Pope Benedict.

  • It's a sad thing that "the spirit of Vat-II" is a battle cry for all kinds of weirdness. Pope Benedict understands what the TRUE spirit of Vat-II is.... and that the true spirit is authentic to the faith that the Church has lived by for the hundreds of years before.

As for the fruits that come from Pope Benedict's reign, I hope and pray that "barrel runneth over."

  • @sulkow82 Right. Michael rightfully underscores the real heresy is what was done by "reformers" according to the "spirit of" the council. Bluntly stated, these people seem to be working from Vatican " I I I " documents!!! Thank God for the pope and magisterium of the Church. +Peace+

  • Thank you, Michael. I look forward to your videos since I rarely watch news; the bias is sickening. TruthI & accurate information, something lacking in today's media. I'm going to pray more for the Holy Father's protection & continued strength to, at long last, correct the abuses since Vatican II. The Protestant-style "service" for the "Catholic community" is further tainted by new age activities/teachings in our Churches & our convents. Some nuns actually host new age retreats. God Bless.

  • Hear, hear! Exactly! HH Pope Benedict XVI is doing a very holy and blest pontificate. There is more openness and yes grime has shown its ugly self but on the other hand this program, EWTN and RomeReports are refreshing honest.

Thank you all, G-D bless +

  • I could not agree with you more! I know lots of Catholics who also completely agree with you. However, they are mostly under 40. I think that the Baby Boomers were willing to be hypocritical in their Catholicism, but their children are not. So their children just leave the Church. Why stay in a Church they don't agree with?

  • It's time to clean house!

  • God bless our great Pope and grant him many more years to do this important work.

  • as he said at 1:40 -- amen!

  • God bless him and grant him speed!

  • @TheSabazios

    In one word

    Godspeed xD

  • amen
