  • @ajbballstar12 Plyometrics increases your explosive power. Do a regular squat without weights to start and on the upward apex explode into a vertical jump. Check out GSP rushfit for more

  • It is funny, that most guys at gym have really thin legs :D (except for hardcore bodybuilders, who have really big calf there).

    Do they expect to be stronger without proper leg muscles? Muscles just to show off are worthless.

    I do different sports which require strong legs and I find it funny that I could probably win most dudes with huge biceps simply because of kicking power and fast footwork. So fellow fitness addicts do yourself a favor - if you do bb, just train those goddamn legs too.

  • WTF... You Shouldn't be showing people how to do squats or luges or even legs right now..... Your knees come way to far forward.. You don"t even seem to have the balance... Please practice your leg workouts and get some professional help and then make another vid.... I'd like to see the improvements and progress you make...good luck

    thats a myth... lifting weights at a younger age will not hinder your growth, although it IS safer to wait until puberty to lift simply because you should be able to handle moore muscle growth

  • @JK28JK i disagree my best freind has been weightlifting since he was 15 years old hes 22 now and hes 5 ft4 you may increase muscle size but may stunt your height

  • your squats are wayy tooo high. PLus you never drop ur ass, and you bend wayy to much at the knees. With that form you will never reach paraelle.

  • So the squat with one leg behind you on the bench seems to work both the calf and thigh. Never seen that b4.
