  • @rabbix9906 I have never taken that specific keyboard off of that model. Do not try to force it up. The metal back will bend and possibly not go back. Flip it over and look for a screw marked with a special symbol. Try taking them out then try. Sometimes manufacturers screw it in all the way through the laptop. If it still doesn't come off try taking the whole laptop apart. If you still can't get it off then it's glued down. You'll need to take a non metal tool of some sort and pry it off. 

  • I have a G50V asus and when I try to take the key board of it won't seem to come off... I got all the pin things to detach but it seem like something on the inside is holding it down...

  • @nicetryalive11 I figured it out I think... I recently tried to take a key off of my netbook and it seems to look the same. I will try the g60vx tomarrow

  • Not bad, not bad at all. You know how to remove individual keys for more in-depth cleaning of the keyboard itself?
