It´s dumb to fight over Jerry or Elvis. They both were genius, and they both should be respected the same way. Elvis was the King, and Jerry the Killer. They both have awesome r´n´r songs, and they will live eternally. They both are the icons of 50´s R´n´R.

Elvis was prettier and a much better dancer... Jerry Lee was a MONUMENTALLY better musician and a greater inspiration to both players and performers like The Who and Jimi as well as Punk Rock in general, which goes onto thousands of unknowns today who have no idea who the KILLA is.

In the same time, when this concert were in Toronto, Elvis was in Las Vegas in International hotel...Jerry can sing very good, but this song is Elvi's speciality...I can't say that: he kicked elvis ass...especially NOT in everithing

Elvis kicks Jerry Lee's ass in popularity, recordsales and the 33 stupid movies he appeared in. Jerry Lee surpasses Elvis in the number of blues/rock orientated recordings, instrumental AS WELL AS vocal technique and never sold his soul to any manager. Maybe that's why The Killer is still alive?

@Brutus2 Jerry Lee is much more limited vocally than Elvis was. That's why Jerry Lee recorded so many blues/rock orientated songs. For the Elvis Is Back album, the KING recorded the widest range of material I have ever known anyone to record at one session.

@Brutus2 Elvis Presley,Jerry Lee Lewis,Bill Haley,Buddy Holly,Roy Orbison,Carl Perkins,and Johnny Cash are all tied for the First Place as the Greatest White Rock N Roll singers ever. Hank Williams Sr and Marty Robbins are the Greatest Country Singers ever! Does that answer everybody's question? Remember I didn't mention Black singers because they own Rock N Roll hands down. Ask Elvis and he will tell who the real Greatest Rock N Roll singers are. He will tell they are all Black singers.
