There is a lot of crime at arbor place. What irritates me is "some" in the county want to blame the minors for it all, and so they implemented the YEP program on the weekends when infact it is adults with hidden agendas they need to concern themselves with. Not some kids wanting to hang out there at some game room or in the food court.
