that was a lip synching performance. I played the original version of this song on CD while this video played and they synched up perfectly. you can even see at the end joe messes up and was about to sing but then realized he didnt hear his voice on the music being played via CD/Tape whatever

And then he let the fame go to his head.

He got convicted of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child -- his own niece nonetheless! But I think the alcohol, cigarettes and whatever else he was using had alreaedy wiped out his beautiful singing voice. Just like the OTHER Skid Row Joe in Tejano music.HE HAD IT ALL!And he threw it away.
