Put a ration on fast food, sugery soft drinks, candy, snacks with trans fats and white sugar world wide...like one is allowed to buy to fast food meals a month, two bottles of soft drinks, 1 packet of candy or fatty snacks and one small packet of sugar. Once you passed your monthly limit...no more unhealthy food for you no matter how much money you got. That would help a lot. Showing some kind of  phote ID before buying unhealthy food and drink would prevent abusing the system.

I used iPhone app “Foodpics Log”. It let me record meals quickly by taking photos, and organize everything by dates/times. It told me what I have eaten at a glance.
