Hi Bex...I'm planning to order your kit...but the problem I have is with situps and crunches...my core SUCKS! I have problems sitting up (esp for crunches)...any suggestions?
@toyasway There are about a hundred different exercises that work your core... I hate crunches, too!! One way to work it all day long is to just engage your abdominal muscles whenever you think of it. Stand up straight, tighten your abs, and work it! xo

I love your workout videos and made a promise that I would do this workout 5 times a week - i'm trying to tone my lower abdominal muscles. I was wondering when would I start to see my stomach tone a bit more? Keep making videos :) xxx
@OhSoLottie The lower abdominal region is where so many women carry extra weight. The truth is that you'll probably feel them getting toned within 6 weeks with the right exercises, but the fat only comes off with proper diet. Try to eat as clean as possible... lots of raw fruits & vegetables, nuts & seeds, with limited animal proteins. Good luck! xo
@jendbify Working out on breaks is such a great idea. Sometimes, even if I'm being lazy and watching TV, I'll jump up during the commercials and do a quick interval routine. It's all good! xo
woah, i can't tell tht you're a mother of three... fourth is coming out soon! haha ~ i think im so gonna hit my forehead hard accidentally (cause of tiresome, bringing those knees in too fast) hahaha
What should I do if im really weak from my torso?I could barely do half of these.But the half I was able to do I felt the diffrence:)

I had a baby 2 year's ago &I'm stll trying to loose my baby fat.
I just started doing running, set up's, &crunches!
&I also only drink water, &try not to eat so much junk food!
Is that going to help me at all to loose weight?
