Hm... You need to improve a bit. To draw the position in which the condolezza rice is, remember that: The distance from the start of eye(the eye which is complete) to the end of ear, is equal to the distance from the start of the eye to the end of the chin. This is the reason the head in your drawing is looking weird... Also practice shading.
