I do yoga and lift weights and have studied 3 different
styles of martial arts BUT I tend to think the best kind of strength to have is MENTAL. So I spent many years raising my IQ from 113 to now 160. Muscle isn't everything so don't forget
ones scared of death the other is fearless, one beats your ass when you insult his girl the other sits on a mat and meditates about the events that transpired before his girl left him. Ones at the gym pushing the limits the other sits at home broadcasting his envy on youtube.
no on the body building for me either... i am sure he is a nice guy.. but i would feel like a retard walking around and so CLUMSY not being able to move comfortably...I have done Yoga all my life and i am ripped just like you are...fun video.
The bodybuilder did not bring his "A" game he basically let the yoga guy win... now lets have another contest " Yoga VS Bodybuilding: In a Fight". I personally got my money on yoga.
Your the first person who put their money on me in a fight. I have heard this comment several times before. I never wanted my subscribers to know this because I feel terrible about this but I feel inclined to say it at this point. I use to be a fighter. Just over 30 street fights and I never lost a match. only one of the guys i fought was smaller than I was. I was never the bully but I always wanted to punish those who were. I grew up in a land of rednecks ready to scap at every party.
The reason people discounted you and your inactive ability is simply because they are not perceptive to a fighters aura and they never wore the robe of a warrior. I just thought you had potential talent, I knew you could handle yourself but I didn't foresee that such a record would held by you.
As my conciousness grew I began to realize what a low level of thinking it is to hurt another being. And all I can tell you is this, I wish I could go back to each man and tell him how sorry I am that those events ever took place. And I pray that I will never have to strike another human being in my life. The world is getting crazier everyday and the last thing we need is more fear, anger, and violence.
Maybe one day I will too agree with your words. But now they seem as if they were written in Sanskrit, Foreign to me. My question to you is do you detest sanction fighting events? or will that sit under the umbrella of Violence. I am asking from the spectators stand point, but if you feel this question is irrelevant feel free to not answer I rather not step on your toes.
A part of me gets rapped up in the thrill and the adrenaline of the stuggle for dominance of power over another man. because it is a part of me, I do have respect for fighters because I know what it takes to be a good fighter.
But when you are constantly thinking about monuvering in a fight(which was my problem), your adrenal glands are constantly pumping when you think of this pretend fight you are seeing in your head. Sparing the details, this just runs you down physically and mentally.
So I don't detest it but I try to stay away from seeing it as much as possible. Although sometimes I will run across it, and if it looks like good fighters I will watch a few minutes of it if they hold my interest.
i reckon the best body and probably most attractive to woman is something in between these 2 guys..bigger then the first by about 30 pounds and a more natural look then the second.
hey man. read ur book. bought your grains. in fact some in the post hopefully right now :). and generally dig your mantras. you should have more confidence dude, you where great. you can clearly see how the posing is actually quite hard, the other guy makes it look easy! GO MP!!
EGEKESKIN, what are you talking about? I am gay. There is NOTHING in my post that is homophobic, at all. My comments about the Yoga Guy are all positive. Your reply to my post is simply nonsense. Henry.
OK, first of all, 90%+ of everyone who watches all 10:00 is gay. Trust me, I know. YOGA MAN has personality, and RE his physique nothing to be ashamed about at all. Nice fit, hard runner's build. Best body part: abs -- better abs than the bodybuilder. Now, RE the BODY BUILDER, he isn't all that big, and for a competition must become leaner. That said, the BB is hotter, of course, would get notice / picked up more often. But YOGA MAN will still get his; would not go home alone. Henry.
Anyone who knows the physiology of muscle will know why yoga is better than body building. Body building can make a bigger mass of muscle but if you not train your nerves how can they get the muscle tone? Our nervous system in very important in muscle tone and posture is important in that than movement. That is why yoga is way better. Besides continuos same movement puts pressure in the joint which is not good. What is the point having a good muscle by sacrificing your joint.
yeah, henry you know how gay man behaves don't you! most probably you didn't watch it till the end because you got scared that you might get aroused and turned gay. let me tell you something they made this experiment with homophobic man and they found that they had more blood flow to the penis than non-homophobic man while watching a gay movie. decide for your self.

it would have been even more interesting to do yoga positions afterwards and get a look at bodytype from that perspective :)

If I could get a look in between the two I would be satisfied.

You speak too much for a yogi.
And your body is a moving skeleton.
I don't like bodybuilders, but you really don't understand the meaning of yoga.

don't just compare the look, compare the function as well. bodybuilding is generally just a showcase but yoga goes deeper than skin. [literally :P]
