  • @aquarianrealm you forgot Darryl Hall of Hall and Oates fame....just as soulful..

  • Man this takes me back,, thought it was EWF at first, wish this was a longer song!!!

  • Quality artist/album... i own have a copy of this & sure understand why you are sharing with us tubers... Bobby is one underrated cat... back in the day my friends & i growing up in the N.Y.C. thought he was a black artist until a well known DJ by the name of Frankie Crocker the Chief Rocker spoke on the air & announced that he was white... that famous tune What You Wont Do For Love..ahhh many soulful artist that are white came from that special era... nothing tops the 70's IMO... ROCK ON!

  • @port2344chester Yeah I remember Frankie Crocker....and I also remember how many thought Caldwell was black when "what you won't do for love" hit... I also recall the shock of many when Teena Marie came out with her face on her 2nd album...blew folks away, that she could blow like that...

  • @aquarianrealm OMG.. yes that was the norm back in the day... artist of color was told that they couldnt sell albums... that mind set still was around during the 80 with Martha Walsh & i think it was a C&C FACTORY TUNE..could be wrong! Tinas music still is SMOKIN ahhh she is the BOMB... all that fire in that small frame go ahead Tina... i can recall her strutin her stuff on soul train on that stage more energy than 30 batteries...LOL
