Try setting your eyeliner with a black eye shadow. I wear Engraved Powerpoint Eye Pencil and set it with Carbon eye shadow so it doesn't move.

have you ever tried burning your eyeliner and than wait a little to put it in your waterline it goes on as wax so it stays longer!!

just a little tip that worked for me since i just to hate not finding a liner that didnt smuged!

try revlon colorstay thingy which looks like technokohl ........my eyeliner n mascara both run on me ... any brand from lancome to mac n ysl everything ... i didnt find a satisfying mascara yet .....but eyeliner o yes !!!!

Great look! I use black khol pencil everyday but only on the upper water line and it makes the eye look larger.The Gemey maybeline ones are very good.

Even though it is NOT intended to be used in the water line, I use Blacktrack fluidline 100% of the time; it's the only thing that won't smear; it's amazing!

i have the same exact problem with eyeliner..i'm still trying to find one that does not run off and smudges. even when i line outside the waterline (beneath my lower eyelashes) they stil smudge and run after 1 to 2 hours and it makes me look horrible ..very drug addict looking. i've heard so much about Urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliner and how they don't move..but i don't want to invest more money if it's no better than a drug store liner. =/ any advice would be helpful. thanks for your videos.
