Maybe the exhaust tube was partially blocked? IIRC, the RPG-7 can develop these problems if not properly maintained. This doesn't look like an RPG-7, though. I have no idea what it is, so I don't know how it works.

Indeed.. this is no RPG-7, and to be honest it dosentlook like a recoilless rifle at all. It looks almost like a homemade frontloader cannon. Also, am I the only one who didnt see any noticable exhaust? The little smoke that came from the back of the cannon COULD have originated from a fuse hole.
