I like the Italian version, BUT I think that they should not change the original one. They should change the language into theirs, but not the whole melody/song. Because, the opening is a very important part of the series. So, if they change the song.. It's not original Digimon anymore.

I live in Croatia, but I'm german. You know how awesome it was, when I started randomly singing the Digimon opening song in german, and some friends recognized it and continued the same melody on croatian?

the italian version makes me wanna stand up and dance!! lol I have to say, (and not only because I'm mexican), that the spanish version is really good too! they respect the original! but mostly, the lyrics they have are really pretty!

Depends on who you ask, really. I grew up on the English language version, so it's that opening and soundtrack that I know and love. You may well think that the English version sucks, and that's your opinion. I am going to have to disagree with you on this one. Yes humor and awesome fights are very important, but it is also equally important for the makers of these shows to be serious about it, so they can really focus on giving depth and personality to the character. Cus yes fights are amazing but just a bunch of cool kicks and punches wont do it, you actually have to feel some emotions for the characters and that is done by adding depth and personality to them.
