Well... What about the scene where Baily walks in while Cristina and Izzie do an autopsie and she totally yells at them. That was really funny. Somewhere in season 1, unfortunately I don't know the episode anymore.

Or the scene where Alex comes into the room to tell Izzie he loves her (5x10 I think)

or "You're a sad excuse for a man" (Alex to George after Izzie left him)
