The beach to the right of cninabar is glitched to turn into any area you were in right before you were in cinnabar. They didnt think it would be a problem thinking you would just go into another part of the water. So it isnt really a glitch it is just something they forgot to fix or didnt thoroughly look into it. You can also use the mew glitch and then fly to cinnabar and catch as many mews as you want or until your box is full.

For chancy it is very delicate. to do this the fair way you first must throw a rock if it is still there. then throw your balls like mardi gras beads!

to get chansey in pokemo yellow, you have to go to the cerulean cave(the one that is accessible after the pokemon league)then keep going farther into it and at some point you get to a place where you find chanseys.you just have to weaken them then use a ultra ball. thats how i got my chansey.

AH yes I remember this trick, there is also a way to "cheat" and get your pokemon to level 100 or have 100 master balls with this. The best code in the Pokemon games....ever.

there are a few different ways to do this. I went to the safari zone and encountered a pokemon and then all of the safari zone pokemon appeared (like exeggcute, scyther, AND chansey). Ive also heard other ways such as you have to encounter a pokemon in the zone u want (such as how chansey is only in zone 2 or 3 or whatever it is)
