  • HOW CAN I FORGET IT !

  • yep the hero loves India & Indian culture but HAS to fall in love with a totally western girl, who is Indian BTW, but has no respect for her culture - doesn't try to learn anything about it. Back home there is a homely Indian girl who loves this guy - but who cares? It's western, white skin that's what matters

  • It is slow-moving and not one of the finest by Kalyanji Anandjibhai. However, many would like it.

  • wish this song was never ending...

  • Abhi tumko meri zaroorat nahin, bahut chane wale mil jaayenge,

Abhi roop ka ek saagar ho tum, kanwal jitne chahogi khil jaayenge,

Darpan tumhe jab daraane lage, jawani bhi daaman chhudane lage,

Tab tum mere paas aana priye, mera dar khula hai khula hi rahega, tumhare liye.

  • I constantly listened to this song when my 1st love broke-off with me. By the way is that an Ipad in Manoj ji's hand?

  • Mukesh has sung very touching songs. Soothing to listen to them. But sad as most of them are, they seem to be pessimistic too. His songs project the singer as a man who has lost hope and who has little self esteem.

  • love Great India , Indian culture, people, songs & films because they are the best in the world ,unfortunately the Indian movie makers are trying to change their beautiful style in order to catch up with Western culture. To do that they're changing our great culture to western style and destroying Beautiful Indian - Pakistani culture. ( India is the Mother country of Pakistan ) Where are the Great writers, musician, actors, directors, simplicity and skill work was the key of successes

  • @fahad100

Your so right in what you say brother (i'm a Sikh by the way), I have not watched an Indian film made in the last twenty years due to the embarrassment of watching them with my family. WESTERN culture has killed off eastern culture and we are so stupid that we do not realise it, trying to imitate the crass and crude culture that has developed from countries that lived in caves when we lived in cities. We HAD culture and we gave it up for MTV.

  • @fahad100 open ur narrow mind and start loving the world and human kind. learn to respect other cultures too

  • @SeventhDoorOpen===== Thank you very much for your responds on my comment. It is very strange that you are talking about Narrow mind!! Who has hire narrow mind? I have used very simple words in my comment order to let understand my comment by everyone. It is very pity that did not understand the clue and message. and you feel free to use uncivilized words in your respond intention to insult someone you don't know.

  • @fahad100 thanks you very much for allowing my Insulting words. i hate it when people, wherever they are shouts we and our culture is the best on earth. which is not true.

  • @fahad100

The sooner we catch up with western culture better it is.As Indian culture sucks.Having said that the song is beautiful and lyrics are good.BiUt it does not make indian culturfe great which sucks.

  • GOOD VIDEO

  • GOOD VIDEO

  • Of course the hero has to fall for the heroine who hates everything village related! The moral is don't worry about values young ladies - concentrate instead on looks & money. This song is especailly hilarious as the hero says he is goiing to wait for her when she is old & no longer beautiful. Really? Considering the fact that he fell for her looks in the first place & that she is rich & is a foreign girl

  • This movie is actually a version of some telugu movies - here the action is between the village hero & the city heroine. As we all know, all city people are pure evil, they listen & dance to western songs, men & women touch each other(the horror!), drink, & look to rape young innocent village belles. Enter the hero to beat up these guys, prompting the heroine to yell at him "how dare u beat up my friends"? - the village folks are of course, innocent, happy, don't drink, always helping each other

  • theeeeeeeeeeeee best

  • hes a creep

  • nice

  • submission is the characteristic of female nature. If woman finds you have the ability to get hurt , she will hurt you. women always look for dominent men.I am against the philosphy of this song.

  • good songs

  • I do believe value does matters. Does ayone select her/his life partner bacoz he/she is beautiful and rich. Becoz beauty will reamain for sometime the most important things are nature and values. Do anyone like a wife who flirt with others infront of u?

thats why value matters a lot.

  • Dear

    I read ur coments.

Ye Ik Poet Ny Likha aur actor ny act kia.

But Jo Bhi Hy Poetry aor singer ki voice Dil Ko Rulany K Liyee Kafi HY

If we talk about Realty I am with u No one want his wife or GF having an other man .

But when we love love some then

we give them free hold bc Love is Love

    and

     Love is Love

  • Well that means you are talking without realizing the full import of my post. Basically the comment was about Hypocracy - don't say you treat everyone equally and then go out and treat some well while ignoring others. The character in this movie read the Gita every day, the girl has no clue what a Gita is. You fall in love because of shared values, religion, background etc. She has nothing in common with him.

  • Comment removed

  • I wish u would lighten up a bit. It's only a movie. A 39-year old movie. U sound so angry and annoyed.

  • Part of the song says - he will be there when her looks are gone - if he is only falling for her looks, i doubt he will be there either. As for the Hindi movie industry name, i don't see why we have to wag our tail to hollywood. Indian movies are far diff from the west, why not come up with our own name? The Telugu film ind calls itself Tollywood, hence the remark about Sindhi movies. Second-class mentality persists.

  • Bosi: Just do some more research please. This song is from a movie where the Hero is all about being Indian, yet falls for a girl who is basically a British girl. I can see him falling for her looks but please don't say he fell for her values. He doesn't give a second look to Indian girls who exemplify his Indian values. Similar movies have come out, the village boy who spouts anger at the city life yet somehow must have the city girl - that's hypocracy

  • Ramaraksha: clearly, I was not talking about the movie.

  • I think it has to do with our country being poor & was ruled, or we let ourselves be ruled, by foreigners. We still think of ourselves as second-class citizens, especially when it comes to whites. I gag every time i hear the Hindi movie industry's name for itself, happy to be 2nd class, wagging its tail to Hollywood. Does the Sindhi movie industry call itself Sillywood? Where's our self-respect?

  • The concept is that 'do not give up on/reject' your own culture. Respect all culturesd

  • Lovely song - but what irritates me about movies like this is the proud Indian has to fall in love with a foreigner - she is indian but has no traces of indian in her - an indian girl is not good enough. Same thing with a village hero who falls in love with a city girl - village girl isn't good enough - hypocrites

  • Well said. Thank for bringing up an excellent point.

    Another one in that direction.

So and so Mr Baba is so great that, he has foreiners as devotees! Load of crap. These are the delusional foreign losers who turn to Babas in India.

  • @ramaraksha: what r u saying? Stick at you're own kind? Glad my parents didn't. I am the son of a Caucasian (white) man and Indian woman. It's not a question of being good enough. It's simply love. There is nothing hypocritical about love.

  • I love her hair.

  • Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak; sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go.

  • @drbend69 THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MAKE A COMMENT ON YOPUTUBE, BUT I ABSOLUTLEY AGREE WITH YOU, GIVING UP DOESNT ALWAYS MEAN YOU WEAK, WAH WAH, SOMETIMES IT MEANS YOU ARE STRONG, SPOT ON, EXCELLENT THOUGHT.

  • @drbend69 Giving up is a sign of strength only if we give up a thing which in reality we can have.

  • @drbend69 Very true

  • @drbend69 well said........

  • many few times the word "hriday" has been used in songs...ok
