  • @MsDancingNinja THANKS for the feedback =) Also, I know I didn't properly explain it in the video... be sure to do the side planks five times/leg, five times each side... so a total of 25 leg-lifts per side. Hold the planks for one minute in between sides for a total of 5 minutes worth of regular planks. Lemme know how it goes!! Would love to hear your experiences :)
