  • This will always hold a special place in my heart because it was the first cartoon I saw and it got me totally HOOKED on the Beatles :)

  • I'm glad that they got it right that George is who sang this tune (they didn't always get that right in these Beatletoons.) Although a more important issue besides that "he never happened" would have to be where did they plug in their instruments to play them? This one will be going on as a share on facebook on April 15th.

  • Taxman + Beatles + He never happened = perfection ♥

  • bananas never happened

  • Beatlemania will live forever

  • At 4:47, Wow! I never would've guessed it was Robin Hood!!!! lol

  • My favorite lines are "Robin Hood? He never happened!" said by Paul and "Me broketh" said by Ringo. This series is an instant classic, Beatlemania forever!

  • 22 people are living in the 17 hundreds

  • 22 People Got Their Asses Taxed Off

  • I love the Beatles, but I think these cartoons suck. They proves that The Beatles are sell outs.

  • @Dontreportabug The Beatles didn't have much of a choice in the matter. All the choices of merchandise and such was left up to the other people. I dont believe the Beatles had any hand in this. And its meant for kids! Of course its going to be stupid and goofy

  • @menacebrw I will choose to believe you. Dont think that the Beatles would approve to this just for the sake of money.

  • @Dontreportabug They weren't sell outs, cuz they didnt even hav anything to do with this show.ABC made it.the Beatles actually didnt even lik it.these voices dont even sound anything lik the Beatles!

  • @MissYukiko100 OK. Sorry, got to forgive them this anyway. :)

  • the solo is wow its awesome

  • The Beatles were the strongest voice of a generation of many strong, talented voices. Nature set them apart for a reason. It is so we do not just think they were just another great band, so we look closer and listen a little better. When we do, we will that they were prophets. Go to TruthContest (dot) com, open The Present, and read the section about The Beatles.

  • 22 dislikes never happened.

  • lol, Ringo, a very taxing experience.

  • He never happened.

  • 3:31

  • dang it ringo ur always puttin them into debt grr. i dnt like this.haha john attacks them with mony.

  • Robin Hood?He never happened!^^

  • "He never happened." :D

  • How could people ever put up with 95% taxes? It's just unbelievable!

  • @Leobons There were once 90% taxes on millionaires during FDR's presidency because he was a socialist and admired the command economies and leaders like Mussolini and Stalin. JFK lowered those taxes and I think Reagan lowered the taxes on wealthy again. It is not right to tax a wealthy person because they succeeded in life. The UK probably had high taxes like that because they have a much more socialist system where they have to take care of freeloaders.

  • @M16Ben I heard the UK during the 70s owned Jaguar, British Airways and a bunch of other businesses. Now that's insane

  • @Leobons That happened in America too. The government bailed out General Motors and owned a huge part of it. I think the UK is trying to shrink its government because they realized that socialism stops running when you can't borrow other people's hard earned money anymore. I think a lot of this government intervention in the UK occurred after Churchill left the Prime Minister office, because he was very against socialism and communism; the only thing he hated more than those things was Nazism.

  • @M16Ben well I have read somewhere that despite Churchill's rhetoric, he did a bunch of crazy interventionism, I can't tell you what exactly bc I'm obviously not an expert. For what I know about the UK, the only politician I like is Margaret Thatcher

  • @Leobons Yeah Thatcher was against socialism and I think she was trying to save her nation from bankruptcy. I am not sure how Britons feel about here though.

  • @M16Ben maybe they say she hates poor people and she´s a bigot but that´s just a guess

  • @Leobons Yeah that's probably what the British socialists and liberals said about her.

  • @Leobons Hey you know where a lot of those taxes go to? A good amount of those taxes must go to Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family so they can continue to do nothing in Buckingham Palace or wherever they live.

  • @M16Ben 'Socialism' will always be a part of the UK. we'll always spend some of the taxpayer's money to help those less fortunate, which all began after the Beverage report lead to the creation of the NHS. I think that state support is vital, though the mass nationalisation of the 70's was counterproductive. Also thatcher was trying to lower unemployment, and through destroying the unions modernised our economy, though most brits hate her for it.

  • @mattdarlington42 I am glad to get a Briton into this conversation. So, did Thatcher help the UK or not? Also isn't there a musical about someone called Billy Idol not liking her? PS What is the mass nationalization? I don't know British history past WWII (other then the Beatles), so could you tell me what happened in the 70s?

  • @M16Ben In my eyes Thatcher helped Britan, she turned us to a more American style of economy and living, she was a big fan of 'Raganomics'. Mass Nationalization was where the government took over most areas of public service, British Rail, British Telecom, BP and British gas were all Government run to try and ensure good price and service after WW2. It helped them get back on there feet (as we hope the banks will today) But it lasted untill the 80's, Thatcher brought competion in selling them

  • @mattdarlington42 That's what the US government should do. It should sell the USPS and get rid of departments and agencies. Can you tell me what is Britain's opinion of President Obama? PS Who is the Prime Minister of the UK?

  • @M16Ben David Cameron, Conservative, is PM at the moment, but he's in a Coalition with the Liberal Democrats (pritty much the opposite party). Most people love Obama over here, but were still nostalgic for the 'Change' campaign. If we had him as a leader, I think public opinion would change very quickly. We've had massive cuts in public spending and increases in taxes, Obama seems to have doen very little bar the Bailouts (which we did too for the banks).

  • Taxation without representation is this not the reason the Colonies fought so hard to break off ties with the English Monarchy. Hence the Bank of England took over in the Place of the Monarchy. And now it is the Conspiracy of the Federal Reserve (Private Banking Entity) that has taken over and enslaved each Person through the Internal Revenue Service in America!

  • @brder4ev The Beatles are coming back, but not as the cute mop tops we saw the first time. This time, we will see them for the prophets they really were and hear the spiritual and truth side of their music. It will change the world again. Go to TruthContest (dot) com and open The Present, then read the section about The Beatles. Pass this on to every Beatles fan you know.

  • "WOW! robin hood!....he never happened"

  • @0:37 Crump?

  • Cute and funny cartoon. I likes. :)

  • Do they reuse the exact same sound clip every time Paul says "Robin Hood, he never happened"? That's...actually kind of hilarious.

  • Forgotten Part of history. I did watch it as a kid.

  • "Robin Hood? He never happened." lol <3 Paul! He is the best mccartney!

  • Led Zeppelin should've had a cartoon too

  • Me broketh!!!!

  • Their voices all sound like they are from Dudley Doright or Tennessee Tuxedo or Fractured Fairytales.... hmmm curious.

  • Paul's bass work in the middle of Taxman is phenomenal. He was a master of the bass.

  • i love the ending they wake up Paul: "Robin Hood? he never happend" Ringo: "Never ever happend" then he just pulls a arrow out of his butt my favorite part btw i love these cartoons but god they make George sound like he sucked in helium and talked and Johns is horribel Paul's is good and Ringo's ok

  • Wow, I love this song but never saw the cartoon. There are a bunch of them.

  • ROBINHOOD??? It more like BATMAN AND ROBIN. a MAN(bankers) with a BAT(guns/weapon) is ROBIN (taking/taxing/robbery).

BATMAN and ROBIN is a man with a gun taxing you.

  • ROBIN HOOD AND THE BEATLES?!

    what could be better

  • Ringo looks weird..

  • this is bernie madoffs fav song

  • @race1717

NO! It leads off the Beatles' 1966 "Revolver" album. Neither they nor George alone released it as a single. It was included on the half-Beatles, half-solo "Best of George Harrison" album issued by EMI/Capitol Records in 1976, and Capitol did make it one side of a BEATLES "juke box" single in the1990s (coupled with the Beatles' "Birthday").

  • @race1717 You're thinking of I Me Mine, perhaps?

  • @race1717 Your a moron

  • @race1717 your a dope it was on the revolver album

  • 70's cartoon haha

  • It's a cartoon people lmaorotf women yikes, Why does Paul lives here in the USA and not in England ,?taxes maybe and he doessn't like Bush DA Paul

  • The song "taxman" was actually accurate...the Beatles were paying 95% taxes on their earnings. Gotta love those socialist confiscatory taxes designed to keep the poor poor.

  • @RedwoodTheElf i've thought it was 90 to 10 not 95 to 5!

  • @Plusle843

Just listen to the lyrics...."1 for you, 19 for me." that's 1 in 20 you get to keep, which comes out to 5 in 100.

  • Paul Frees, aka Boris Badenov from Bullwinkle, did the voices for John and George for this series, as well as some other incidental voices such as about 1:50

  • 22 people never happened

  • i love how pauls like "its to much man its too much!... he never happened"

  • @TheCamiy11 lol kinda has a Family Guy style to it when he abruptly says "he never happened" (then short pause)
