Bitterly disappointed however that your Palettes are retailing at an extortionate £23.99. Where's the 'girl next door' attitude in that price? 12 year old girls can wear moisturizer and lip balm. If you are 12, you dont need to wear makeup. Use concealer, at the most, if you have any very noticable spots, but if you are 12, wearing makeup is tacky, and ruins your skin as you get older.

you can wear foundation if you have to cover up something but dont if you have clear skin. You can use lip balm/lip gloss. Mascara(maybe clear at your age? its up to you) or you can use some eyeliner but just on the top eyelid but try to use natural colors like blacks brown, soft greens, etc. DO NOT USE BLUE. Just a personal opinion it looks tacky/trashy sometimes depending on your eyes, use it really lightly and softly it you use that color

The only thing you really need is a nice lipgloss, maybe some mascara if youre allowed it, and maybe a little bit of sparkly eyeshadow since its a special occaision. You dont want to wear TOO much makeup because youre young and it will look tacky. Dont bother with foundation or anything unless you have really noticeable spots.
