I never said there was anything wrong with Scots, Tinkerkat. Nowhere in my comment did I slag off Scots. Just excellent! Everything about this film is exemplary: the acting, the writing, direction, and the cinematography. This particular scene just highlights how much of a lost soul Johnny is; he is the unemployed intellectual who doesn't understand the world, especially the homeless, uneducated, quarelling couple in the scene.
