Wait a second, Can you still see the game on your TV while recording? the only thing i don't undserstand is having to plug all your AV cables into the Machine, and still being able to record even though the game does not show up on your TV. BTW, you DO have to have your comp connected to the dazzle the record, right? and how do you rotate and zoom. I've been dying to know how to do this.

Some Apple Computers have a nice camera that can be fitted to film a TV screen and do not have the "Camera being hold in front of the TV screen effect". You can edit the software on your computer so it looks like a good Machination. If you have a Macbook or MacbookPro, you can do this. I am lazy right now, so you will have to figure this out on your own.

how come you cant record the scene for for the words and the camra angles and then end it then record again with the other charactors that reply to it then one your done with the episode put the scenes all together and put some audio tricks to make it not skip any thing like wha no wa and they wont finish it so with audio trick you can make it sound better

you machinima people make it sound so easy. but i have a feeling its really hard. i want to make a machinima, but i dont plan on including voices.cant u just put subtitles in to determine what the person is saying, and make it a certain color to determine who is saying it? @donaldthescotishtwin Search youtube for the "No Huds" hack. it gets rid of the damage meter. for the p1 and cpu thing search "no tags" or "no offscreen indicators". Hope that helped

i suggest filming AFTER you get your voices to make sure your filming isnt to short or u can fit the emotion of the conversation, i find it easier but hey, its your opinion

act out the scene and save it as a replay. play the replay and use the L and R buttons to change the camara angle and use the control stick to move the camara while the replay is playing

This may seem wrong but can I give you advice? NEVER FIGHT A CPU FOR A MACHINIMA FIGHT. Too random. You have to cheograph the battle. With replays, that would probably be incredibly annoying, but like you've said, keep doing it over again.

you can try using camera hacks..... or you can record your matches in brawl *by playing them less than 3 minutes in one stage* then go to replays and u can use a free camera during the brawl.... but i prefer camera HACKS because it shows closer and doesnt show the damage meter and pic

the controls can zoom in and move another way but after a few seconds you will get the hang of everything... and if you make a mistake and you dont know how to fix it... try pressing L + R + Z ... you will need to use a GCN controller in the 4th port to use the hack
