The VH11 works fine with the TD9. You'll hear the top and the edge of the symbal. I don't know what it does with a TD4. Why don't you invest in a TD9? It's the money worth!!!
Just one question,the vh 11 works well in the td 9 just like td 12?for example,you can hear only the top cymbal?i want buy a td 4 but with a vh 11!sorry my inglish
