  • Phase one of Corgi stages of Derp, lol jk.

  • I would like to find a cure for all epilepsy. I hate being on Kepra, makes me feel like shit 24/7.

  • Off topic, but Daisy is a very fit name for a Corgie. Matches PERFECTLY.

  • My 2 year old American Pitbull Terrier started stared doing this at 5:30 in the morning. Woke her right out of sleep. The episodes only lasted about 3-6 seconds, but it went on for about 4 hours. my vet is putting her on some Meds but has anyone found anything that they do at home that help. Peanut butter seems to distract my little girl for a bit but not for long. So far she only shakes when she's laying down.

  • My dog just had one of these this morning and it scared the crap outta me, so i took him to the vet and he was daignosed with focal seizures.

  • 911

  • lol @ napoleon dynamite in the background. Irrelevant but funny.

  • i love all of your dogs, they are beautiful :3 just saying <3

  • kindof wierd... like she's trying to hypnotize you guys or something! haha

  • Hmm, after years of owning them, I found out today mini dachshunds are prone to seizures and there is more than one Corgi on here. In your baby's case, I wonder if she suffered a back injury of sorts & has some slight neurological damage. When she looks up is when the shaking really starts. Of course the only way to get an actual answer is expensive testing, so continued good health to Daisy & hope she never gets worse than this

  • thats sad

  • im sorry but you gotta laugh a lil...

  • @12345Royce no you dont have to laugh a little. my dog was just diagnosed with this and its not funny at all. i would love to see how you felt about it if your dog was having this problem you fucking asshole. people like you should just fucking die

  • @smcappuccio well theres people like me who accept life and go on with it dick face, I had to put my dog to sleep a week ago. It happened, oh well life goes on, deal with it bitch.

  • @12345Royce i doubt any of the shit that you say is true. fuck off

  • aw, flappy ears

  • awww doggy

  • Are you sure it's not just excitement?

  • How is the puppy doing?

  • sounds strange but giving my dog a sweet treat always pulled him out... i would say lets get some ice cream and shortly after starting to eat he would return to himself

    :)

  • she holding up a plate of food

  • Do you use pine sol or Lysol to clean floor if so I would stop!!

  • ugh, I love corgi's and aussie's. Lucky my friend.. Also, I hope all is well.

  • my dog also does this, when she is sleeping.

Is your dog on medication for this and do these partial seizures escalate?

  • no way it is a nerve re-enversment when she got a shot inbetween her shoulders it pentetrated a nerve causing a tickle signal going to the neck.

  • my puppy maya suffers from the same thing and i posted a video on here as well... what did the vet say to you about her ?... will she live a normal life ?... i just had my puppy to the vet today about her seizures and nothing is really known yet but she has the same thing as daisy does in this photo... any advice ?... should i worry ?... is daisy on any meds ?... sorry for all the questions but it helps to talk to someone who's in the same position as me... hope she's doing well !

  • aww bless her hope she gets better

  • Poor dog! God bless her and I hope she will soon be better!

  • It does look partial-focal. Can be hard to tell though. Does she drool or pant alot? Or look at you like she doesn't know who you are? Did you take her to the Vet?

  • They don't pant or drool with these type of seizures, I have a bulldog with the same illness, they are aware of there surroundings they just cant control the head movements during te seizure.

  • My dog had similar tremors in his head only. It was diagnosed as Idiopathic Head Tremors. You might want to look into it. It looks like the same thing.

  • Thanks for your comment and hope your pup is doing well! In this context, idiopathic simply means that the underlying cause of the head tremors is unknown. There are certainly many types and causes of head tremors, some more worrisome than others. In Daisy's case, we consulted with a veterinary neurologist who diagnosed them as due to partial focal seizures.

  • @cranberryflapjack Is she still alive?

  • i hope she gets better in no time

  • My dog has these identical seizures any idea of what it is from or better yet are you treating her with meds?

  • Oh i hope she is better!Best wishes with Daisy!

  • My dog had these seizures as well. Although hers were way worse...she lost her sense of awareness. My video is on here as well.

Her seizures were caused by formaldehyde poisoning from our new carpeting. I hope Daisy is feeling better!

  • What did your Vet have to say? Have you done any Radiological tests?

  • Well, bless Daisy's heart! Any idea what's causing it? Our corgis have been fortunate not to have seizures, but I understand it can be a concern with the breed. Best of luck to you and Daisy.
