love the little detail with the seats swining when the wheel stopped. I'm thinking of studying animation at CSUN. Do they require anything at the animation department?
@TheWorksful Hey, I would recommend majoring in animation at CSUN because it's a good program for the price. Because it is a Cal State school, you do not need to have a portfolio or demo reel checked, just the general requirements to get into a Cal State. The CSUN program does go over fundamental drawing principals in including figure drawing and character design for animation. Check it out and let me know if you decide to go. Best of luck to you.
Hey, what program are you using? I made this this in Maya. I had the seats as separate objects from the rest of the Ferris Wheel. I parented the seats to the wheel and the wheel to the center axle. I first animated the wheel by turning the axle (which moves everything) and setting key frames. I then animated one of the seats rocking back and forth. After that, I went into the Graph Editor and copied the animation curve from one of the cars and pasted it to the other cars. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your quick reply, it is greatly appreciated! I'm using Maya to do my animation also. This definitely points me in the right direction.
