@TotallyWow123 Mexican four cheese is usually a blend of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla Cheeses. The recipe might work with other cheeses but I wouldn't vouch for that :). It's got to be Mexican four cheese - the hot sauce is up to you - I prefer Franks' Red Hot or Tabasco. The flavors and texture of this nacho dish really takes me to a happy place.

you should have used queso blanco more like a liquidy cheese when it melts.

you can find it at wal-mart!!! they use it in the mexican style resta. use it for cheese dip too, and don`t forget to add some chopped jalapenos.

Yummy. Feel free to add other ingredients too such as bits of ham and/or diced onions under the cheese. One of my favorite add-ons is shredded roast chicken pieces. Yum. Chili is a classic add-on and makes it magically delicious. ;)

It is perfect with a cold beer. :)  You can actually add cooked and seasoned ground meat or diced onions before toasting/baking to make it even yummier.
