So as I pick up they gotten themself cheap sunglasses at $15,- max made in China, covered with some chemical layers done by slaver workers in..China.

This $20 product [and I don't even belief it is worth that] of a general basic polarizing sunglasses. Then get packaged nice and given the Tell Sell treatment

Polarization. Flat surfaces reflect light and the light becomes polarized. Setting the polarization of the lens the right way blocks the bright light bouncing off things, thus reducing the "glare".

Having two sunglasses I know what investing a bit means. Good glass isn't cheap but you can wear it without a headache.
