  • why sell the good stuff when you can sell crap.

  • wow i think they cost a hundred dollars how stupid people are on these commercials

  • Old technology, new buzzword. Someone just figured out how to sell a warehouse full of glasses everyone stopped buying in 1992.

  • bhahahah

  • I only use ray-ban. And they must cost over 150 euro to wear them.

  • Those are crappy blue blockers... wtf ?!?

  • Great animation at the end!

  • ditto

  • Bleh... everyone knows sunglasses are for looking cool, not for actually blocking the sun's rays.

  • Meh. I already have a pair of "Super Cool Uber Definition Vision Laser Sight Omega 3000 OMG FTW Glasses!!! - With Real Working Lasers" And they only cost me ten bucks.

Of course, the damage they caused to my eyes (my retinas disolved, and my iris's turned a funny neon green colour) meant I had pay out 30k for surgery, but who's counting?

  • lol, those are just polarized lenses with the buzz word "HD" thrown it.

  • My store sells these. I die a little inside and my faith in humanity fades every time some one brings a pair up to the front register.

  • Actually I saw that advert when I was like 9, I'm glad I can still see the stupidity of it nowdays...

  • i seen this a while ago. it's almost as bad as the "buy real high quality diamond earrings! if you buy now they are only 49.99!" though that one may have been a joke... I'm still not sure

fear the dangerous rays of glare!

  • I don't think I have the money for them... I might just have to get Standard Definition Reality, for now.

  • that program you use freaks me out lol

  • Dechha, where the crap did you find this shite?

  • You all may laugh but I bought a pair and Every time Im Having sex I make sure to wear these Attractive Euro Style Glasses because It makes this simple act of Coitis seem just as real as Baitin while im watching Porn.

  • Comment removed

  • that was very similar to my reaction.

  • I wish I had some 3D glasses so that when I was driving it would look like the the I'm passing were coming right at me!

  • Marketing hype: With enough of it, you can make people buy any damn thing.

    Just look at religion.

  • WOW, REALITY IS GOING TO LOOK REAL!!!

  • LOL....They show the cheesy demo animation of the 'Secret revolutionary glare block technology' over the top of a girl floating in the pool in a pink bikini....can anyone say misdirection? Just coincidence? LOL They make it sound like you are foolishly putting your life at risk if you don't buy these. Advertising is so funny.

  • what 3d program do you use, that rigging is freaking impressive

  • Poser.

  • Ah, I thought you were calling someone a Poser.

=/ I looked in the comment section expecting a douchebag.

  • I do like that the $19.95 at the end of the commercial is framed by the rainbow umbrella and the credit card strip. LOLZ!

  • It's like putting on your Bible Glasses.

  • I've seen this commercial, it was even on TGWTG last night. So how do these things work? I'm guessing they have polarized lenses or something like that, they may help sharpen contrast, but that's not "HD"

  • Or you can turn your everyday polorized sunglasses into HD by doing.... nothing ;)

  • They look good on all breeds of sheep.

  • HD? No. Much better clarity in vision? maybe. LOL

    i love infaux-mercials

  • Sounds like the type of glasses that block red light, those are my favorite types of sunglasses. Gets a little confusing at stop lights though.

  • Buy some for the fundies.

  • What happens if you look at an HDTV with your HD glass,... do you see in some type of hyper reality?

  • I heard that if you do that you just win one free internet and are given a goat from some dude in India.

  • Those who have done so scream, go mad, and tear their eyes out, babbling something about "the blind nuclear chaos that gibbers and dances at the center of reality".

  • yeah but how many hdmi connections does it allow?

  • I think 3 hdmi ports and an dvi port.

  • I want one. They make reality look 3-D.

  • I want the rose-colored ones, that make me look handsome and popular.

  • Not to mention funny and charming!

  • Hey, only BOOZE can make me feel that way!

  • Mehhh 3-d's over rated, I prefer my quiasi 2d world :>

  • Heh! Are they rose coloured glasses? ;O) ★★★★★

    Katalyzt

  • rofl best random video ever.

  • I'll stick to my polarized sunglasses thanks. These cheap amber lens shades do nothing more then block blue light giving the impression of clarity.

  • Did you see this on epic fail? xD

  • Maybe :)

  • I promise you there will be retards that buy these.

  • I miss tell sell on my local cable :(

So as I pick up they gotten themself cheap sunglasses at $15,- max made in China, covered with some chemical layers done by slaver workers in..China.

This $20 product [and I don't even belief it is worth that] of a general basic polarizing sunglasses. Then get packaged nice and given the Tell Sell treatment

Noice! I will await the day ebay fills with these...

  • No, no, no. You need "Jesus glasses" - so that you can see the light.

  • I face palmed myself the first time I saw this, then the second time, and the third time... after that I just crashed my car

  • It took me a couple of takes and a few minuts of tweaking the animation to re-create how I reacted when I first saw it, but here it is.

  • I'm nearsighted so I'm guessing they won't make my vision better than REAL glasses :P:P

  • Does this mean I will see as clearly in real life as I see in my monitor!?

    Amazing!

  • Rose colored, how cute. But it's probably just polarized lenses, a well known and understood technology.

  • i'd like the science behind blocking the "glare rays" explained pleas. thxs ;)

  • Polarization. Flat surfaces reflect light and the light becomes polarized. Setting the polarization of the lens the right way blocks the bright light bouncing off things, thus reducing the "glare".

  • thxs i knew that but was trying to be sarcastic, text has a problem at pulling off sarcasm that's why i put the ;) afterwards ;D

  • Yea, and and my sarcasometer is broken ...

  • It is a usefull product to note but I don't think it is worth the price they put on it. Not to mention in any decent shop you can buy a better pair

Having two sunglasses I know what investing a bit means. Good glass isn't cheap but you can wear it without a headache.

  • Well, I could see that a good polarization sheet could be pretty expensive.

  • Polarization isn't easy to do right that is true. I can only shudder at the idea that "bad batches" end up on $20 sunglasses.

  • 5 stars
