You should count in posibility to overclock your HP 311 cpu up to 50%, that will increse its overall performance drasticaly !

the left one is better cuz the right one got slightly lower and it was running win7 on lower visual fidelity

hp 311 is better ! becuz of the design and the awesome LED screen which has a higher res than on the s12 !
